Governing change: an evening for trustees - An event for trustees to explore how the board can lead change well. Through speaker insights and peer discussion, the event will aim to build confidence and capability in governing change effectively.

Changing direction is one of the hardest things a board will ever do. Whether it's a new strategy, a fundamental shift in focus, a decision to spend out or to stop doing something that once defined you - governing change demands courage, clarity and trust.

This evening reception for trustees is a participatory event that puts process at the centre. Featuring multiple speakers sharing real experiences from their own boards and plenty of space for peer discussion and reflection, the evening is designed to build your confidence and capability to lead change well with your own board.
