Dr Shah Alam, clinical psychologist, East London NHS Foundation Trust
Dr Shah Alam is a British Bangladeshi Clinical Psychologist, CBT/EMDR Therapist and lecturer from East London. Shah currently works with adults in the communities of Tower Hamlets & Hackney (East London), supporting adults with experiences of trauma and emotional dysregulation.

Kadra Abdinasir, associate director of policy, Centre for Mental Health
Kadra leads the Centre’s policy work to drive mental health equality across the life course. She specialises in children and young people and oversees the team behind the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition, a network of over 300 organisations, hosted by the Centre. Kadra has over a decade of experience working with young people in youth policy, research, and engagement.
