Tackling poverty network meeting
Join us to discuss General Election Special
Over the last decade the news on poverty in the UK has been unrelentingly grim, with more people struggling to make ends meet and an alarming increase in levels of destitution. In this General Election year what should we look out for in the party manifestos? What are key poverty-focused campaigning organisations calling for? Where do they see the opportunities and what can we realistically expect when financial forecasts remain bleak?
