We are currently recruiting for a full time Head of Executive Director, Business Delivery’s Office on a permanent contract based in any of the Heritage Fund’s offices across the UK, excluding London (Hybrid Working). This key role reports to and works closely with the Executive Director, Business Delivery to support them in their leadership and management of the Heritage Fund’s Business Delivery department. The department is responsible for the provision of the Heritage Fund’s core services through stakeholder engagement, all aspects of grant giving and other activities across the UK together with a range of central supporting services. You will work closely with the Executive Director, Business Delivery and their UK wide Director team and senior management across the department. The role will be focussed on the generation/collation, analysis and interpretation of high-quality management information in order to support the senior management team to lead the department effectively. You will work with Business Delivery teams to co-ordinate the development of annual administration budgets to ensure consistency of approach and to provide a commentary on key budgetary issues arising during the year. You will research and draft briefings in support of the Executive Director’s day to day activities. You will liaise with business support staff across the department to ensure that there is a good line of communication between them and the Executive Director so that ideas and issues can be understood, explored and acted upon effectively. You will manage all other aspects of the Executive Director’s office including handling correspondence and overseeing diary and travel arrangements. Overall, you will support the Business Delivery department to achieve its objectives, help manage internal and external relationships, ensuring good flows of information and the smooth running of the department.
