We are seeking an exceptional, motivated individual to join us as our part-time Administrator, our sole employee, who will work from home.

Job Description
The role: Administering from end to end our annual grant rounds; servicing the Trustee Board and committees; fulfilling regulatory and reporting requirements; drafting organisational budgets and financial reports, maintaining all financial records and assisting with annual accounts; coordinating and contributing to the development of organisational policies and procedures and long-term planning. The person: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior administrative role in a charity; experience of supporting trustees; experience of lead responsibility for maintaining an organisation’s financial records; high-level IT skills; exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills; self-motivating and self-discipline; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
