Join ACF and Adapta for a practical in-person workshop exploring how foundations can select and implement a grant management system that meets their current needs and supports future ambitions.
Choosing the right grant management system is an important strategic decision for any foundation.
With a growing range of suppliers and software platforms available, foundations need to consider not only their grant administration requirements, but also how technology can support wider organisational goals such as impact reporting, partnership working, learning, loans and social investment.
This practical workshop will help participants navigate the grants management software landscape and make informed decisions about selecting a system that fits their organisation's needs. The session will provide an overview of the systems available to grant-makers, explore good practice in procurement and supplier selection, and offer practical guidance on planning for successful implementation.
Led by Mark Luckins of Adapta Consulting, the workshop will draw on extensive experience supporting foundations through system selection and implementation projects. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of the key questions to ask, common pitfalls to avoid and the steps required to ensure a smooth transition to a new system.
Attendees will also receive a complimentary copy of Adapta's publication, A Guide to CRM Systems for Grant-making Foundations.
Through practical guidance, discussion and shared learning, participants will leave better equipped to assess options, engage suppliers and make confident technology decisions for their foundation.
