Summary
An opportunity to work across three charitable trusts supporting a wide range of charities, large and small. The Swire Charitable Trust's funding programmes focus on improving the lives of disadvantaged young people and marginalised groups, supporting communities through heritage restoration projects, protecting heritage skills, connecting people with nature, improving biodiversity, and habitat and marine conservation. This is a key role within our small team, working closely with colleagues and charities to ensure that the administration of our grant making runs smoothly.

Job Description
We are looking for someone who is experienced in providing administrative support and comfortable working in a small team. They will be well organised, with an eye for detail and high levels of accuracy. Proficiency in office systems is important and experience of using a grant making system highly valued but not essential.
