Job Description
You’ll work as part of the Social Investment team managing and lending philanthropic capital to social purpose organisations - leading towards a more resilient social enterprise sector and greater impact outcomes. You’ll develop and build a strong foundation in social investment, social impact and credit analysis. You’ll work predominately with the team’s existing portfolio - developing relationships, anticipating changes and identifying trends to proactively manage risks.
As our Portfolio and Investment Executive you will:
Work as part of the team supporting the management of existing and new social investments to develop your lending analysis skills
Work with the Social Investment Principal to provide operational and administrative support
Deliver successful client outcomes including
Management of initial communications with prospective investees
High level market research and organisational analysis to support investment appraisals
Management of the post deal approval process, liaising with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of funds
Active monitoring of a proportion of the social investment portfolio, preparing financial forecasts, social impact case studies and building an ongoing relationship with the client
Liaising with clients to keep regulatory and contractual requirements up to date
