Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to manage our grants programme, which supports the excellent work of cathedral, church and chapel choirs as they nurture the musical skills of, and develop opportunities for, children, young people and adults of diverse backgrounds.   The Grants Manager will work alongside staff and committee members to: establish eligibility criteria; set timelines for applications; analyse submissions; advise on decision-making; communicate with applicants and grant holders; and support monitoring and evaluation.   You will need to be thorough and highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident building professional relationships. You will be a creative problem solver who can contribute imaginative ideas to help drive the team’s activities.   This is a remote role as part of a small team, so it is essential that you are self-motivated and able to use your own initiative. Occasional travel will be expected to attend meetings and visit stakeholders.   If you have an enthusiasm for sacred choral and organ music and believe you have the skills to be part of our dynamic team, we would like to hear from you.
